- To provide monitoring and session history
- To generate AI wellness summaries of your sessions
- We do not sell your data to third parties
4. AI Processing
Session health metrics (SpO2, heart rate, duration) are processed by Anthropic and OpenAI to generate wellness reports. Your name and email are never shared with these services.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored on servers in the United States.
6. Your Rights
- View your data at any time in the app or website
- Delete individual sessions anytime
- Delete your account and all data by emailing support@oximeterlive.com
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are securely hashed.
8. Children
This app is not intended for children under 13.
